Prices vary significantly according to the time of year.
Our 2012 season prices for Trent Cottage range from £480 to £920 per week, with Compton and Sandford Cottages from £280 to £580 per week. Lower prices apply for short breaks of 3 or 4 nights at various times of the year (though not in the high season).

A 25% deposit in advance is required to confirm a booking with full payment due on arrival.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 28 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. In all other circumstances a deposit will be refunded in full.
With regard to start and finish dates, though this rule may be relaxed between the months of November till March, for guests staying full week/s we normally operate the cottages on the assumption of a Saturday changeover for Trent Cottage, and a Friday changeover for Compton Cottage and Sandford Cottage.
To allow sufficient time to clean and prepare the cottages for your holiday we request arrivals should not be until after 4pm, with departures by 10am.
Please note that as Patson Hill is a working farm we request no pets.
Strictly no smoking is permitted in the cottages.
